Genuine Care, Compassion, and Professionalism
I recently contacted FASTSIGNS to inquire about creating a yard sign, and I had the privilege of working with Armando. From the very beginning, I explained that the sign was needed for a deeply personal and meaningful reason. It would be used during Mother’s Day and in honor of my granddaughter’s kindergarten graduation, as well as placed at their mother’s resting place following her passing on September 12, 2025.
Armando handled my request with genuine care, compassion, and professionalism. He listened attentively and acted without hesitation to ensure the order was processed quickly and efficiently. What stood out most was not just the speed of service, but the kindness shown throughout the entire interaction.
When I received the invoice, I was truly moved to see that Armando had applied a courtesy adjustment in recognition of the circumstances. This unexpected generosity was deeply appreciated and speaks volumes about his character and the values upheld by FASTSIGNS.
In a moment that carried a lot of emotion for my family, this experience brought comfort and gratitude. I am sincerely thankful for Armando’s compassion and support during such a sensitive time. We will absolutely keep FASTSIGNS in mind for future needs and will be keeping both the company and Armando in our thoughts and prayers with appreciation.
