    They Found a Solution
    On Monday, April 6, I placed an order at Escondido FASTSIGNS for 25 each of two double-sided signs that absolutely had to be delivered by Friday, April 10, for an estate sale we were holding that weekend. The signs were to be printed in Glendale and delivered to Escondido on Thursday or Friday. Someone at the Glendale location made a mistake, and on Friday morning I found out that my signs had been printed in Texas and were on a truck that wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday, April 14, way too late for my sale! Jonathan, the owner of Escondido FASTSIGNS, did everything he could to solve the problem. He was able to produce 16 signs in just two hours using a much more expensive process (but not charging me anything extra). He also worked with another FASTSIGNS location to get my entire order complete that same day! Without their help my sale, which I had spent over 40 hours preparing for plus the expense of advertising, would have been a disaster, but because they found a solution it was a complete success. Thank you, Jonathan!

He is very knowledgeable about the products, and I even stopped in last minute to see visuals of other signs, and he made himself available.
