    I was traveling out of town this week and had an emergency when my vertical banner broke. I stopped in to see if it could be repaired. The staff on hand took it to diagnose the problem and fixed it with no questions asked. I asked how much for the repair and they didn't let me pay anything (and this isn't where we had it made).
