A Complete Success Thanks to Gabby
I’ll share my experience with Fast Signs of Fullerton, but I can’t guarantee you’ll get the same amazing service.
On Monday, April 6, I placed an order at Escondido Fast Signs for 25 each of two different double-sided signs that absolutely had to be delivered by Friday, April 10 for an estate sale we were holding that weekend. Someone at a different location made a mistake, and on Friday morning I found out that my signs had been printed in Texas and were on a truck that wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday, April 14, way too late for my sale!
In desperation I started calling other Fast Signs locations and sign printers, but no one in Southern California had the equipment to do a same-day job. I had basically given up when either a miracle or amazingly good fortune brought me in touch with Gabby, the owner of Fullerton Fast Signs. Not only do they have the equipment to do the job, but Gabby put my job at the front of the line. Also, normally the signs I was printing, with the additional rush fee, would have been two to three times as expensive as what I had originally paid, but Gabby waived that fee and matched my original price! Are you kidding? Who does that?
They printed my signs in under 3 hours and got them into an Uber courier I had ordered.
My sale, which I had spent over 40 hours preparing for plus the expense of advertising, would have been a disaster had it not been for Fullerton Fast Signs. With the signs, and only because of them, it was a complete success.
