Meet Our Team

Jolie joined FASTSIGNS in 2015 when her and Jordan purchased 3 existing FASTSIGNS locations. They opened their 4th Location in Georgetown in 2023. She loves helping her team become better versions of themselves. In her free time, Jolie enjoys traveling, cheering for Austin FC and spending time with her three kids and 2 dogs.

Jordan loves taking on a challenge! He leads the way in product development, digital signage and technical specs. He enjoys the challenge of putting all the pieces together for a complex project. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing with his children.

Meet Shannon, a seasoned Sales Manager in Austin with 14 years of experience. She loves working one-on-one with customers, helping them achieve their goals. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, her dog - Remy, and her hobbies are attending concerts, cooking, and listening to podcasts.

Gamer, artist, and resident geek, Marc Dickelman has been with FASTSIGNS Austin since 2011. He grew up in Danville, Illinois and went to school in Waco, Texas, getting his Associates degree in Digital Media Design at Texas State Technical College. He lives with his partner Mike and takes care of their dog George.

Raised in a creative home, she was encouraged from a young age to work with her hands. She made signs for a grocery store to put herself through UT Austin where she earned a BS in Advertising. She landed her first real sign shop production job in 2005, and has been in the industry ever since. She is in her element in production making signs, and enjoys working with the various materials and ever-evolving processes and equipment. She is a ray of sunshine on our production floor. In her spare time she loves spending time with family, gardening, traveling and doing stained glass.

After numerous years in the retail world, Chris joined the team in an administrative capacity. Chris loves helping out the team in any way he can. When not on the job, he can be found working out or spending time with his wife, 3 boys, and doggo.
