Greg Ehlers is at the helm of FastSigns in Lake St. Louis, overseeing finance and purchasing. As a dedicated veteran, Greg brings a wealth of experience and a disciplined approach to his role.

He is supported by his loving wife and their adored dog, Odie. "Odie is more than just a pet; he's family," Greg often says. His commitment to both his family and work shines through in everything he does, making him a cornerstone of the FastSigns team.

Carrie Ballenger Becker is the dynamic force behind outside sales at FastSigns in Lake St. Louis. With a knack for turning customers into long-term buyers and even friends, Carrie is known for her speed, efficiency, and unwavering dedication as a customer advocate.

"I truly care about finding the best solutions for our clients," Carrie says. After 15 successful years in the logistics industry, where she specialized in customizing supply chain solutions, she made the move to join the family business. "Joining FastSigns has allowed me to continue my passion for helping people while working alongside my family, we have a blast making sure customers are taken care of daily" she adds.

Her extensive experience and personal touch make her an indispensable part of the team.

Kelsie Kane, the Director of Operations and Inside Sales at FastSigns in Lake St. Louis, is known for her efficiency and friendly demeanor.

Married with two small boys, Kelsie juggles her family life with her professional responsibilities seamlessly. "I love being able to help our customers quickly and effectively," Kelsie often says. A devoted fan of the St. Louis Blues, she brings the same passion and dedication to her work. "Keeping things running smoothly is what I do best," she adds.

Kelsie truly is the glue that keeps the operations flowing, always available to ensure everything gets done right.

Lead Installer at FastSigns in Lake St. Louis, is known for his incredible ability to fix anything. After retiring from owning his own business in logistics, Keith joined the family business to ensure he didn't miss out on the fun. "There's always a solution to every installation challenge," Keith says, showcasing his McGyver-like knack for problem-solving. Though many might not remember the show, his skills are unmistakable.

Keith's passion for finding and fixing every issue ensures top-quality installations every time. His keen eye and attention to detail assures nothing is missed.

He loves to travel, with Las Vegas being his go-to destination each year for his birthday.

HI, I'm Ryan. I am the Director of Creative Solutions here at FASTSIGNS of Lake Saint Louis. I have been here since we opened our doors back in 2022. My main role here is working with you to help bring your ideas to life. It is such a gratifying experience taking someone's vision and turning it into impactful, attention-grabbing signage that really stands out.

I oversee many of the creative aspects of our shop including design, production, and installation. After studying graphic design at St. Louis Community College, I graduated with a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Communications from The University of Missouri-St. Louis.

I have been married to my amazing wife since 2012 and we have two wonderful children, a son and a daughter. In my free time I am usually running around between their various extracurricular activities. From figure skating to football, Taekwondo to tap-dancing, they certainly keep us busy with everything they have going on. In addition to going to their games and competitions we enjoy traveling to the beach for some fun, great food, and relaxation. We also love exploring new cities and cheering on our favorite team, the Los Angeles Rams.
