After graduating from Bridgeport High School in 2014 with a main focus in computer assisted art, Steve went on to Pierpont Technical College to be awarded Excellence in Scholarship for Graphics Technology. Steve has been working in the graphics industry ever since and enjoys everything from the challenge of creating effective design, to making the concept a reality, and the satisfying process of graphics installation. In his off-time, Steve likes skiing, snowboarding, biking, motorcycles, dirt bikes, cars, and basically anything with wheels.

As the owner of FASTSIGNS of Morgantown/Fairmont, Lance Puccio oversees all aspects of business operations, customer relations, and strategic growth. With a strong background in business management and leadership, Lance focuses on ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and that each project is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard of quality.

He takes pride in running a results-driven operation where teamwork, efficiency, and customer satisfaction come first. Lance believes in building long-term partnerships with local businesses and organizations, helping them bring their brand visions to life through impactful visual communication.

Haylee received her Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design Technology at Fairmont State University. She loves creating color palettes and choosing typography that enhance her designs. Her favorite projects involve book design, from the interior to the cover. Haylee spends her free time playing video games, reading, listening to music, and playing with her dogs.

Upon graduating from Fairmont State in 2023 as a summa cum laude student in graphic design, Sara Imperial found her role at FastSigns. Sara has a knack for many aspects of design, especially print design, layout, and vehicle wrap design. A lover of all things colorful, she adores projects where she can let her taste in color and pattern thrive. Sara is most in her element when she can take a client’s dream and make it a reality. (She’s also quite motivated by her client’s smiling faces!) Sara spends her free time playing lots of Nintendo games, reading mystery books, collecting cute things, and spending time with her crazy Samoyed, Lolli.
