He did a great job and got everything ready in time for us to ship out with us to Ghana. It was clear he was determined to get an excellent product for us in the questions he asked and his attention to details—and he did. Kayceagh was also very supportive throughout the whole process.

    We’ve had a fantastic experience with FASTSIGNS in Hermitage for our yard signs and vehicle decals. The quality has been great every time... clean, professional, and exactly what we envisioned for our business. But I especially want to recognize Kasyhae. She went above and beyond for us. We had a last-minute rush order for the Christmas parade, and she made it happen, even getting it delivered to our house just moments before we needed it.     I can't speak to FastSign's sign making, but I can tell you Tim was fantastic to deal with and beyond helpful. I called there with an off-the-wall request, looking for a piece of PVC that I could use as a shower ceiling. They could've easily told me to go away, but Tim took the time to understand what I was looking for, call his plastics supplier, and figure out what the best material for my needs would be. On top of that, I was only in town for a week, but he was able to get the piece I needed within a few days.
