That Kind of Service Is Rare
I called asking about laminating something really important to me. Right away, the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly kind and patient, even though he quickly realized his store couldn't actually help me with what I needed.
He walked me through everything I had wrong, starting with the difference between cold and hot lamination and why it matters. Turns out I had gotten bad information beforehand and guessed the wrong type entirely, which would have ruined my item. He explained what I actually needed, told me where to go instead, and even suggested I do a test run with a sample sheet first before doing the real thing.
The whole time, even though I kept accidentally interrupting him, he never lost his patience. He had absolutely nothing to gain from helping me since what I needed was hot lamination and his store only does cold. He helped me anyway, fully and kindly.
That kind of service is rare and it genuinely meant a lot. Five stars feels like the minimum. And from what I could see, the pricing is just as lovely as the customer service.
