    **AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE** I live in GA, but our mom's 90th birthday party was in Charleston, SC. I contacted the store in GA but did not receive the support we wished. So, we decided to contact the local store in North Charleston, SC. THE BEST DECISION!!! I mostly worked with Patrick, although Tim and some others helped me. I initially called and spoke with Patrick. After that, we communicated back and forth. We had a few ideas. They posted the proofs and worked with us. They were extremely helpful and patient. Also, there was a gentleman who delivered the sign to our hotel. He was courteous as well. The sign was a 'hit' to the point that family members from MD, other locations, and local to SC asked for the FastSign information. I can't comment on all locations, but the North Charleston location was phenomenal. See the picture (balloons & boxes not included).
