    I never leave reviews, but this one is truly noteworthy. Monday, 10/17/2025 — I’ve got to say, the staff here really know their stuff. Monica and Shelby were attentive, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly understanding. On my second visit, I was picking up a large materials order — some of which had to be cut down to fit in my car. When I reached for my wallet, it wasn’t there. I already knew from my first visit that they didn’t take Apple Pay, and I was horrified. Under the circumstances, I simply wasn’t going to be able to pay on the spot. I looked at Monica and Shelby and told them I’d call as soon as I got back to my shop in Novato. Now, Monica and Shelby are not “greenhorns” or naïve — they’re sharp, technical businesswomen. And to the owner of this branch: you hired two winners. They broke protocol and went with their gut. No matter how prepared you are, there’s always going to be a situation that throws you for a loop. They handled mine beautifully.

    On Thursday, I discovered a critical error in a project that was due for presentation on Saturday. FASTSIGNS to the rescue! Working closely with Oscar, we addressed the issue by 10:30 that morning. Their team promptly worked their magic, and by 3:00 that afternoon, we had the corrected materials in hand. The final project looked absolutely incredible, and even more impressively, nobody had any clue that it was on the brink of disaster just 48 hours prior. I am truly thankful for the entire crew's dedication and expertise!
