    I recently worked with JR at Fast Signs after dropping off a placard to be replicated. We ran into a few hiccups along the way, but JR went above and beyond to make things right. Not only did he personally hand deliver the finished product, but he also apologized sincerely for the delays and issues throughout the process. That level of accountability and customer service is rare these days.
