Meet Our Team

Bryan has 20+ years in the communications industry, having taught graphic design at the high school level for 10 years prior to owning a FASTSIGNS. Bryan is the face to our business, and leads the sales process, production and graphic design teams.

Tracey spent most of her career in Corporate America, the last 15 years at Rubbermaid Commercial Products in a senior finance role. Tracey takes care of all things accounting, HR and marketing for the business.

Bryan and Tracey were born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, and currently reside in Winchester. They have three grown children and three grandchildren and enjoy being empty nesters.

Logan is our Operations Manager for both centers, Winchester and Martinsburg. He runs the joints as if they were his own - he’s a keeper for sure!

Justin is a homegrown local who spent the last seven years in the retail segment as a manager.  He enjoys playing video games and watching sports in his free time, and is a BIG TIME Nationals fan.  He and his new wife Maggie live in Winchester.

With a passion for craftsmanship, Christan is one of our true sign artisans. Her skillful hands bring our sign projects to life. Christan is also a devoted dog mom to her 2 rescue dogs, Sam and Harley. Her passion for craftsmanship extends beyond the workplace, as she also enjoys DIY projects at home.

Rafael is a graduate of the NASCAR Technical Institute of Mooresville, NC - a mechanic at heart. He also holds an Electrician Tech Certificate from Lord Fairfax Community College. He enjoys weight training and running, collects record vinyls, and is also a Jiu-Jitsu Practitioner. He was a great find!  Welcome to the team!

ATTENTION! We are proud to have a US Veteran in the house! Chris spent twenty-two years in the Marines before joining us. He is an avid outdoorsman - he loves hunting, fishing, and hiking. He and his family live in West Virginia with their dog, Fallon. Welcome Chris!

A welcoming face in the Winchester community, Jim came to us from Bill & Glenn’s Tire & Auto where he worked for many years. His likable personality makes him the ideal candidate for outside sales, and we are delighted to have him. You may also know him as ‘Solid Stud Jim’ as he enjoys professional wrestling in his spare time.

Malory is a Winchester native. She earned an undergraduate degree at WVU and spent two years as a second grade teacher for Winchester Public Schools. Her bubbly personality makes her a great fit for interacting with our community... our customers love her! Malory resides in Winchester and enjoys hanging with her best guy and their dog Bentley.

Ian spent time studying at West Virginia University before joining our team as a Graphic Designer. Largely self-taught in graphic design, he quickly grew his skills and eventually transitioned into the role of Project Manager. Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time with friends, watching basketball (especially Caitlin Clark) and volleyball, and is always looking for the next thing to do.

Meet Ali! Ali originates from Harrisonburg. Ali has a wife named Jenny and together they have an 11 yr old son - She also has two big goldendoodles named Oshie and Kota. When Ali isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, and enjoying the bay life, as well as going crabbing. Kayaks and anything to do with boats is right up her alley! A fun fact about Ali is that she is really into basketball and Washington Capitols hockey!

Meet Edward, our newest production team member! Born in the Bronx and raised in Puerto Rico, Edward brings a unique blend of culture and city flair to our team. Outside of work, you can find him exploring the open road on his motorcycle, tending to his flock of chickens, or spending time with Nitro, his spirited Teacup Chihuahua. Welcome to the team, Edward!

Meet Ellen! Ellen is a part of our Production/Installation Team in Martinsburg. Ellen is a WV native and a local. She loves to learn new things and be on her feet. She has a Bernese Mountain Dog named Eden, and loves a good Philadelphia sushi roll. We love having her as part of our FASTSIGNS team!

Introducing James "Skip" Duthie, our new Graphic Designer, whose creative expertise is matched only by his passion for motorcycle riding, honed over more than 20 years. In his free time, Skip blends creativity and technology by designing video games, with his cat Dink often by his side providing inspiration. Welcome to the team, James!

By day, she’s crafting bold designs. By night, she’s a poet, a junk journal enthusiast, and a literal protector of the planet (ask her about her acre of rainforest!). We’re so excited to have her talent—and her "amy" of tiny ducks—on board.

Ami is a creative gal at heart. She has a passion for design and a heart for Christ. While Ami graduated during a pandemic, she is a self taught graphic designer. She enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and spending time with her best guy. Her favorite food is tiramisu. Ami is originally from Winchester and has a platinum Beta named "Swim Shady.
